We wonder if making a video of a listing is really necessary to peak the interest of a potential client.

In this article Winning Strategies for Every Other Social Media Platform it is mentioned that a short video may leave a potential buyer (or anyone interested in the space) wanting more info.

What are your thoughts?

The benefits of a Real Property Report:

·       - Problems are identified and can be resolved before a sale is finalized.
·       - Owners know accurate locations and dimensions of buildings, improvements, rights-of-way, and encroachments relative to boundaries of their property.
·       - Purchasers know the physical dimensions of the property.
·       - Financing usually requires verified survey information.
·       - Property transactions are simplified.
·       - Development and building permits require boundary information.

Spam Regulations

Most small business owners aren’t ready for the new anti-spam law coming into effect this July, believes the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.

The Canadian Anti-Spam Law, or CASL, will restrict how businesses communicate electronically with clients and prospects.

"I think this is going to be a pretty heavy-handed legislation and it's going to take a lot of time before many small businesses are even aware that they have some obligations under this legislation and the regulations that go along with it," CFIB vice-president Corinne Pohlmann said in an interview with The Canadian Press.

It will affect any marketing plans that use emails as a way to communicate with potential clients. At least the new regulation gives us 3 years to implement these new rules. From what we understand it will not stop spam coming in from our outside the country - we can expect to still be inundated with it.
